Flexible Tech: Flex Recruitment Release Advanced Mobile App

Flex Recruitment Plus releases a Keyapps mobile recruitment app for on-the-go jobseekers looking for jobs across multiple sectors.

Flex Recruitment is one of the largest independent recruitment agencies in the East and West Midlands with offices (and onsite offices) based upon our client’s premises in Hinckley, Leicester, Coventry, Rugby, Corby and Lutterworth.

As an employment agency, they work hard to help candidates find suitable employment in a range of temporary, contract or permanent positions, with good quality companies in their local area.

The launch of their new app – which was designed and developed by KeyApps – enables candidates to register and upload CVs; browse, search and apply for jobs, and keep up to date with the latest Flex news and Twitter feed. By downloading and storing Flex’s content and jobs, it allows the user to continue browsing the app even when no internet connection is available. Direct integration means that recruitment consultants don’t need to do any extra work to update the app while job seekers enjoy a seamless experience on their iOS, Android and Windows Phone devices.

“I don’t need to tell you that everything these days is going mobile. For us at Flex Recruitment Plus, we needed a way to get our jobs out to the people and give them a simple and effective way to apply. KeyApps provided us with the platform to enable candidates to communicate with us effectively via a mobile device. The app itself is very user friendly, fast, and with industry, salary and location filters candidates only see jobs relevant to them. It’s a big time saver for people on the go and it’s available on the major mobile platforms! Keyapps were very good at understanding our unique requirements, they tailored the app to allow seamless integration with our existing systems, and their development team are always on hand to help when needed,” said David Hobbs, Website Applications Developer at Flex.
