John Edwards will be joining speakers from TotalJobs Group and AbTech Partnership at the Lander Associates event, which will focus on going mobile in a world driven by smartphones, tablets and connectivity. John will be discussing the impact mobile technology has within the recruitment industry, and its role in securing quality candidates and building awareness.
A growing number of jobseekers are using their mobile devices to help them find career opportunities. A recent study by PotentialPark found that 85% do, or would, use their device to look for work; however only 13% of employers were optimized for mobile, which means that jobseekers’ mobile needs are not yet being met.
